Early Access Program Agreement
The additional terms that apply while SignCommand 360 is in Early Access: pre-release status, no fees, no service level, and expanded disclaimers.
1. Pre-release status
SignCommand 360 is offered through an Early Access Program. The Platform is under active development. Features may be incomplete, may change substantially, may be renamed or removed, and some capabilities depend on third-party integrations that are not yet enabled.
By participating, you acknowledge that you are using pre-release software and that you accept the risks described here in exchange for free access and influence over the roadmap.
2. No fees during Early Access
- The Platform is provided at no charge during the program.
- Payment processing is intentionally disabled; you cannot be charged through the Platform.
- No charges will be applied retroactively for Early Access use.
- We will give advance notice before any paid plan begins, and you may decline and export your data.
3. No service level, no availability guarantee
Early Access is provided without any uptime commitment, support response target, or maintenance window guarantee. The service may be interrupted, reset, migrated, or taken offline with limited notice. Data loss, though not expected, is possible.
Keep an independent backup of anything operationally critical — inventory counts, supporter lists, and placement records — and export regularly using the Platform's export tools.
4. Do not rely on the Platform as your only compliance record
Deadline tracking, jurisdiction rules, disclaimer checklists, and alerts are convenience features during Early Access and may be incomplete or incorrect. Do not rely on them as your sole source for legal deadlines, permit requirements, or reporting obligations. Confirm every requirement independently with the governing authority and your counsel.
5. Feedback
Feedback, bug reports, screenshots, and feature requests you submit may be used by us for any purpose without restriction, attribution, or compensation. Do not include confidential information you do not want us to use, and redact supporter personal information from screenshots where practical.
6. Expanded disclaimer and limitation of liability
THE EARLY ACCESS PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITH ALL FAULTS, AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY FOR LOST OR CORRUPTED DATA, MISSED DEADLINES, LOST OR UNRECOVERED SIGNS, FINES OR PENALTIES, INCORRECT COORDINATES OR MAPS, UNDELIVERED NOTIFICATIONS, AND ANY CAMPAIGN OR ELECTORAL OUTCOME.
BECAUSE THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE DURING EARLY ACCESS, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
7. Program changes and exit
We may modify or end the Early Access Program at any time. If the program ends, we will give reasonable notice, provide an export window, and describe any plan options. You may leave the program at any time and request deletion of your campaign.
